This is how you do it
Start in a standing position. Make sure you have enough space overhead to jump.
Brace and bend your knees and hips to lower your hands to your feet.
Flex your legs and glutes to extend your knees and jump.
Extend your arms and legs midair in a star fashion and return to the starting position with your feet together.
Repeat for the desired time or repitions.
